A downloadable mod

For the sake of avoiding duplicated work, this page isn't updated with new releases. You can find the most up-to-date version on the Steam Workshop page, or on the GitHub page linked below!

Adds a newly sentient tea tree to the Stiltgrounds. They're still figuring themselves out, but in the meantime they've got a lucrative deal with the Consortium while they learn about the world, and they're serving as a chandler-in-training north of Tszappur's tent. If you're passing through, why not go say hello? They've got a modest stock of things -- including a recoiler for the Six Day Stilt, which has proven fairly elusive these days.

Only one per person, though. People keep throwing them down the well.

This is a mod for Caves of Qud by Freehold Games, and was made as part of the Monster Mash modding jam. If you want to see all the dialogue, such as a tea tree ruminating about the nature of selfhood, make sure you talk to Wardens Esther a bit too.

This mod is released under Creative Commons Zero, so the whole thing is in the public domain. You can find its source code on GitHub; everything is heavily documented for the sake of being a useful learning resource, so feel free to dig around and use sections of the code for your own things.

The sprite for Tealeaves was graciously provided by coiledlamb, who agreed to release it under CC0. Thank you!

At the time of writing, this mod is tested and working on both the stable branch (currently version 2.0.204.117) and the beta branch for Creatures of the 7th Plague (currently version 2.0.206.13).
